No Visiting Policy

Continuation of No Visiting Policy and Restriction on Handing over Packages to Inpatients

Accordingly, influence infectious of COVID-19, No Visiting policy has been kept in order to prevent infection for inpatients.

Depending on Infection epidemic status, we will consider lifting this restriction. (We will update you when this happens.) Thank you for your corporation to environmental maintain for inpatients to focus on their treatment in relief.

*Please do NOT to enter the inpatients wards.

Handing Over Packages

Time to drop off packages and /or pick up belongings

Mondays to Saturdays

2:30pm-3:30pm(In principle, we cannot accept any packages other than the above times.)
*We do NOT accept any packages on Sundays and /or Holidays.

How to drop off packages and /or pick up belongings

The dedicated reception locates beside entrance on the 1st floor. Please fill in the following information on the form: date, name of ward, room number, patient's name, number of packages, and your name.
Please inform us, if you need to pick up patient’s belongings.

*Please consider to drop off packages and /or pick up belongings once a week.
*NO cash or personal valuables will be accepted.
*Bringing food is prohibited in principle.
*Even for patients who can walk, direct delivery is not possible.
*Please refrain from meeting and handing over at the lobby on the 1st floor.

About Attendance

Only one family member can accompany the patient in case of unavoidable circumstances.

Please wear a mask and practice hand hygiene. If you are an attendant, please complete the procedure at the reception desk on the 1st floor and wear your admission card at any time.

At the time of admission and discharge

Only one family member is required if the patient is unable to complete the procedure by him/herself.

At the time of surgery

Please wait outside the hospital if possible. If you come by car, please wait in your car. (Please make sure that we can reach you anytime.) If it is unavoidable, only one family member will be allowed to wait at lounge of each ward.

With a doctor's permission

Visiting only one family member and for a short time is required.

When a patient is discharged or transferred using a Wheelchair and Gurney Accessible

Transportation taxi (Kaigo taxi)
The patient takes a wheelchair or gurney from the ward and transfer on the first floor.

When You Receive a Call from the Hospital

For meeting

Meeting with doctors, social workers, etc. are conducted in the outpatient departments, NOT in the wards.

In case of critical condition

Only family members living with the patient will be allowed to visit, one at a time. However, those with a body temperature of 37.0 or higher will not be allowed to enter the room.
